APPLY TO BE A COMMUNITY GROUP LEADER

We’re glad you’re interested in becoming a Community Group leader! Community Groups are an integral part of what we do as a church. We believe that sustained life change occurs as we grow in our relationship with Jesus. We believe this happens best when we are prioritizing intentional relationships with others who are seeking the same goal. Community Groups provide people with the opportunity to connect with others, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and experience community.

Since our Community Group leaders play such an important role, we take great care when enlisting them. Please read through the information below to better understand the role, qualification, and expectations we have for these leaders. If, after consideration, you are interested in applying, please fill out the form below to begin the process.

ROLE OF A COMMUNITY GROUP LEADER

Community Group leaders are responsible for providing their groups with vision, direction, and support. Leaders are successful when they are personally growing in the 5G Life:

  • GOD – Talk and listen to God daily
  • GROW – Learn from God and apply what you are learning
  • GATHER – Get together with a small group of Christ-followers and learn to live in biblical community
  • GIVE – Give of your time, talents, and resources to advance the kingdom of God
  • GO – Tell others about Jesus with your life and words

We want you to lead your group in such a way as to encourage them to grow in these areas as well. Community Group leaders are supported by an Epic staff member
